Open house for Challenge Jr. Club
May 5, 2017- 7pm
We welcome tonight Veronica Touhey, club president for the new Challenge Jr. Club which will start up in September 2017. Challenge Jr. is a club for girls ages 6-9 (Grades 1-4), to grow in virtue, friendship and their Catholic faith. In this program, girls will learn about themselves by doing apostolic works and creating a positive impact on family, friends, and the world. There will be crafts, activities and Catholic formation. The mission of Challenge is to evangelize and transform the world by forming today's young girls to give their very best to others so that Christian culture will prevail in the hearts of everyone they meet.

Challenge Milton News!
Challenge Holy Rosary Parish Milton has received a grant for $1,500.00 from the Ex Corde Foundation of the Diocese of Hamilton, generously established by Bishop Douglas Crosby, OMI, over nine years ago. We submitted an application earlier this year to the foundation, detailing the upcoming Challenge activities and purchases which will require financial assistance. Prayer for My Father
Dear loving Father,
Hear this prayer.
I pray now for my dad.
Thank you for his life,
For without him,
I would not exist.
Thank you for the times he cared for me,
and held me.
Thank you for the lessons,
Learned by his examples,
And his mistakes.
Oh loving Father,
Bless my dad,
Bless his soul.
And for when dad failed,
Let me forgive him,
And love him,
As you love him.
Through your Holy Spirit,
Heal the wounds between us.
Dear loving Lord,
You are father to us all.
Spread out your mercy,
over all fathers,
Daughters and sons.
For the glory of your Son,
In His Holy Name we pray.
